Venus
Venus is the sixth largest planet among the Solar System planets and is the third in line when it comes to the brightest objects in the night sky. Venus and Earth are similar in size and chemistry due to which they are often known as the sister planets in the Solar System. However, they are very different because
life can exist on our planet and it cannot on Venus. Water can boil at room temperature within a few minutes.

According to a few studies, this Solar System planet does not have an atmosphere. But the truth of the matter is that while the atmosphere exists, it is too thick to penetrate which is why nothing is known about it.

The water that once existed on the planet has now evaporated and turned into gas. This causes the occurrence of a chain of events which eventually leeds to an extreme case of warming. Venus does not have an ozone layer which is why the harmful UV rays enter the atmosphere and prove that life can never thrive on this planet.

Venus’s core is similar to the Earth’s one in the sense that it is in the molten form. However, on our planet the core is able to cool itself and Venus cannot expend the heat.

The planet does not have any natural satellites. It takes 224.7 Earth days for Venus to complete an orbit.
