Saturn
Saturn has the least weight among the Solar System planets. The distance between the Sun and Saturn is very large. Interestingly, even though it does not receive a large portion of the Sunlight, the planet is very bright and can often be seen in the night sky.

Saturn has four thick layers of rings and three thinner layers. While some rings are dark, others are light. The origin of these planetary rings is not known for sure.

There are many similarities between Saturn and Jupiter. The weather on both Solar System planets

is similar and the atmosphere consists mainly of helium and hydrogen. Traces of methane can be found as well. Their cores are rocky in nature. Saturn's core is molten and has not been able to solidify over the years. If you were to travel towards the centre of Saturn, you would be surrounded by an ocean of liquid hydrogen. Due to this fact, this Solar System planet does not have a solid surface.

The climate is very cold because it does not receive enough Sunlight. Similar to Earth, there is a very strong magnetic field around Saturn.

Saturn has 61 natural satellites with secure orbits and about 200 are being discovered. The orbital period of Saturn is 10,832.327 days or 29.66 years.
